About Miyako
Hi, I am Miyako Hazama!
I am a Certified High Performance Coach (one of only 300 Certified High Performance Coach in the world), a breathing coach and the founder of the Best-in-me Academy.
Growing up in Tokyo Japan, I lived in New York with my family for three years in childhood which led me to see the world from the global point of view.
After graduating from Sophia University in Tokyo specializing in intercultural relations, I joined a Japanese beer corporation, Kirin Company, Limited.
During 34 years at Kirin, I engaged in the new business development, M&As, corporate planning, and procurement at the managerial position and delivered values in leading the global initiatives.
To cure allergy I suffered in my early twenties soon after joining the company, I learned and practiced the breathing method innovated in Japan (The Nishino Breathing Method developed by Kozo Nishino) for the past 30 years. Through my experience of recovering from allergy without taking any medicine, I recognized the power of breathing and how the breathing could strengthen physical energy, regain health and improve the quality of our life. I have been teaching the breathing to the students as an assistant instructor for over 25 years after work and on the weekends.
To find out the life meaning and purpose, while studying the breathing method from my lifelong teacher, Master Kozo Nishino, I read many books, attended seminars, and invested in online courses on personal development and motivation. Most profoundly influenced are;

My belief in people potential and passion for self-care health, joyful living and self-growth led me to become independent and establish the Best-in-Me Academy in 2017. I am now fully dedicated to guiding people to stay young, get healthier and enjoy life beyond boundaries.
I have the degree in Master of Business and the certifications in the High Performance Coaching and the Procurement Professional.
I am based in Tokyo, Japan. Married, enjoying life with my wonderful husband.
