How to Manage Your Energy?

Have you ever felt like your energy is just out of control? You might be having a hard time maintaining peace of mind during these tough times.

You know it's tough when things don't move as you wanted them to be or something totally unexpected gets in your way.

I also had a tough time getting out of work overload and putting a lot of pressure on myself during my corporate days. I felt stuck at that moment and thought about how I could get out of this emotional tension.

I want to share something important today and something that you can apply right from this moment.

I manage my energy with breathing.

It helped me let go of everything toxic and welcome a new flow of pure energy into my days. I've been able to survive and even enjoy the game in the corporate world with this practice.
